A banner can be considered a flag or other little bit of cloth bearing symbolic, logo design, slogan or other note. A flag whose design is equivalent to the shield in a overcoat of biceps and triceps (but usually in a square or rectangular condition) is named a banner of biceps and triceps. Also, a pub form little bit of non-cloth advertising materials wearing a name, slogan, or other marketing communication.
Banner-making can be an ancient craft. Chapel banners commonly portray the saint to whom the chapel is dedicated.
The term derives from French term “banni?re” and later Latin bandum, a fabric out which a flag is manufactured (Latin: banderia, Italian: bandiera, Portuguese: bandeira, Spanish: bandera). The German vocabulary developed the term to mean the official edict or proclamation and since such written purchases often prohibited some type of individual activity, bandum assumed this is of your ban, control, interdict or excommunication. Banns gets the same origin signifying the official proclamation, and depart methods to change devotion or disobey requests, semantically “to leave the fabric or flag”.
