A banner can be considered a flag or other little bit of cloth bearing symbolic, logo design, slogan or other note. A flag whose design is equivalent to the shield in a jacket of forearms (but usually in a square or rectangular condition) is named a banner of biceps and triceps. Also, a club form little bit of non-cloth advertising materials sports a name, slogan, or other marketing note.
Banner-making can be an ancient craft. Chapel banners commonly portray the saint to whom the chapel is dedicated.
The term derives from French term “banni?re” and later Latin bandum, a material out which a flag is manufactured (Latin: banderia, Italian: bandiera, Portuguese: bandeira, Spanish: bandera). The German words developed the term to mean the official edict or proclamation and since such written requests often prohibited some type of real human activity, bandum assumed this is of the ban, control, interdict or excommunication. Banns gets the same origin indicating the official proclamation, and get away from methods to change devotion or disobey requests, semantically “to leave the fabric or flag”.
