A banner can be considered a flag or other little bit of cloth bearing symbolic, brand, slogan or other communication. A flag whose design is equivalent to the shield in a cover of biceps and triceps (but usually in a square or rectangular condition) is named a banner of biceps and triceps. Also, a club form little bit of non-cloth advertising materials wearing a name, slogan, or other marketing communication.
Banner-making can be an ancient craft. Cathedral banners commonly portray the saint to whom the cathedral is dedicated.
The term derives from French phrase “banni?re” and overdue Latin bandum, a towel out which a flag is manufactured (Latin: banderia, Italian: bandiera, Portuguese: bandeira, Spanish: bandera). The German words developed the term to mean the official edict or proclamation and since such written requests often prohibited some type of individuals activity, bandum assumed this is of your ban, control, interdict or excommunication. Banns gets the same origin indicating the official proclamation, and forego methods to change commitment or disobey requests, semantically “to leave the fabric or flag”.
